  Great customer service. Dealt mostly with Jason and Clive over the years. They are friendly and very knowledge guys where nothing seems too much trouble to help out with. Very competitively priced as well.

  I can only highly recommend these guys. The shop itself is superbly stocked and presented, but it was the customer service and technical workmanship that I was so impressed with.

  Despite it being over the busy Christmas period, I was lucky enough to get the bike back, as promised, within a couple days and I'm so thrilled to be back on two wheels again. I don't know why I didn't do it sooner because it cost me far less than I thought and the bicycle has never been so well serviced and adjusted in its life time.

  I felt a little embarrassed bringing in my broken road bike into the shop, but within minutes I got friendly, honest advice about its state and how much it was going to cost to get it up and running again.

  Fantastic bike shop!!! Huge range and friendly service. Just around the corner from my place of work - go there quite often. Always willing to help no matter how busy they are. Still trying to find a problem they can't fix!!! Thanks for the exceptional service BF Subiaco!

  Last week I was looking to build up a bike and after buying the frame from bike force. Clive and the boys offered for me to come in and build it up with them, for no cost and just out of kindness. It was a really nice gesture and I appreciated it greatly. They were very knowledgeable with bike mechanics and ended with a great outcome.
