  Bought a new derailleur at this store, very good advice on the product. I wanted to install it myself but struggled to do it so came back to the store a few days later, they did it for free as well as a quick check of the whole bike. Very friendly staff and not money-grubbing at all.

  I had mixed experiences in this bike shop. I took my bike there a couple of times to service. While the staff is generally fine and the service was good, the owner was not as friendly. Although this place is close to my house I am currently looking for a better place to service my bike and buy parts.

  Always set me up with good gear, good honest advice, and really fair price/deal. Very busy store, lots of customer. If you are in Perth or in the area, definitely give them a visit, they are very competitive - found them better bet than shopping online (often time they can work out a better deal, and you are getting personal advice and supporting local businesses)
