  Very good. My car was cleaned very well. I would have given 5 stars but the service cost a pretty penny..... Ok, look... I'll just give it 5 stars anyway, coz they charge the same as everyone else in the area.

  It was a terrible experience!!! Took the car there for a wash and came back with a missing University Parking permit. Went back to them and unfortunately they only have 1 video surveillance camera with limited view so we were unable to locate the permit. The car was also left UNlocked once it’s washed who knows what happened.

  Took our new (used) car in at 7:30am for a full detail, arrived 4:45pm to collect. Found the car had only just been cleaned and was still airing. Our floor mats had been piled in the boot, absolutely soaking wet. When we took them home and decided to dry them overnight they streamed water all over our apartment building and through our flat. The mats were still wet in the morning so we drove back to Impeccable to complain. The glove box had also not been cleaned and marks had been left on the carpet in the boot. We asked for a partial refund but were told they would fix the problems while we waited. They offered for us to come back a THIRD time to have the carpets vacuumed where the temporary paper mats were placed. I think I'll save myself the bother and do it. 160 dollars and a massive inconvenience later... not worth it in any way. The two stars are for the attempts to rectify a poor job, but not what we asked for as a solution regardless.
