    Stated on the website open 28/12 in bold letters. I drove an hour to get there to find that they were closed. They could of posted on the site that is wasn't open but no they chose to deceive the public. Seriously annoyed. What a waste of time.

    Friendly, helpful and patient staff. Got my medicare renewed in 43 minutes. Excellent service. Will visit again, next year, when my card expires.

    Turn up get a que and then all the tellers go to lunch sensational useless service

    My current card was close to its expiry, So i went in the mid morning to renew my reciprocal card. 4 very Polite and helpful staff, which made my new application very easy and swift to complete. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. Thank you.
