  Speaking as a tenant who has lived in a few rental properties in WA, I can say with the utmost sincerity that The Property Exchange has been the best Real Estate Agency / Property Manager that I have dealt with. The rental application process was quick and transparent, and communication with the Property Manager and/or Assistant Property Manager was always quick, open and honest. Repairs were addressed in a timely fashion and the vacating process was handled really well, plus their office is in a great spot and the décor is top! Overall would have no hesitation in recommending, and particular credit to Katie and Tara whom I dealt with mostly.

  Throughout my dealings with the Property Exchange, I have received unprofessional services and ended up disputing transactions as the amounts related to works which was never performed and invoiced by a company that is not registered. The service received and each dealing with the agency was highly underwhelming.
