  Last year we sold our family home through Tsokos Property which was an amazing experience. The agent spent so much time with us understanding what was really important, especially in regards to our young family. It was an emotional time for us, but I'm pleased to say that the outcome was extremely positive. We achieved our sale price with minimal disruption. Now we have them managing an investment property. Again, they have been excellent. You feel like a friend to the business, not just a number!!

  As a tenant, sometimes you think that you're a second class citizen, compared to the owners. One recent experience, HWS broke down, called the property manager Vera. She then contacted the owner, and explained the issue professionally. She organised the quotes, obtained approval and HWS was replaced within 48hrs. Honestly, she took care of both myself and the owner. Hard to beat that.

  Love the service from Leonie on the Commercial Management side. Very responsive to any questions and goes the extra mile that all other agents I've dealt with don't, to make sure the process is as hassle free as possible. Highly recommended

  Receptionist was extremely rude with a snarl tone, was unhelpful and condescending. She sounded like a middle aged women which made the company look even worse.

  Absolutely amazing service. The professionalism we were afforded was exceptional and no request was ever too much.
